You will get a one — on one counseling session, or a joint session for couples.
We work in coordination with your Health Care Provider, and or Therapist to give you the best care.
Follow-up sessions include accountability & motivation, compliance, offering support, guidance, and action steps to take along the way. Lifestyle changes and modifications are encouraged.
We incorporate a level of physical activity appropriate for you. We review stress levels and sleep patterns, etc. We look at the whole mind-body connection to give you vibrant health.
